Biotechnica is a UK based company developing and producing innovative biological products for agriculture, horticulture and sports turf to the highest standards. We sell our products through distributors and use the 3RK18 polypropylene double platform test tube racks supplied by The Consumables Company when giving samples of our products to potential customers.
The racks not only look professional, they are a bit different and people are impressed by them. We find that they are the perfect size as we currently have fourteen core products.

The centrifuge is ideal for spinning liquid samples at high speed to separate substances of differing densities. It accepts 15ml centrifuge tubes in either glass or plastic and the buckets rotate 32 times for each turn of the handle. HPMC is our product reference for this hand powered mechanical centrifuge. It’s a rugged, hand-driven centrifuge consisting of die-cast metal parts and a steel pinion and worm drive
We also sell 15ml screw cap tubes which can be used with the centrifuge.

It accepts 15ml centrifuge tubes in either glass or plastic and the buckets rotate 32 times for each turn of the handle. This bench mounted mechanical option is an affordable alternative to expensive electrical units and is ideal for occasional use.
Comment from a recent customer: ‘Much better than I expected for the price. All metal design far superior’

Whilst we welcome large orders, we also sell in smaller quantities – each product listing will show the product pack size. By not having a bricks and mortar shop or even a warehouse counter, and not promoting our telephone number, we reduce our costs and offer fair prices – so customers benefit. Instead of great service in person, we aim to provide a great mail order service and to respond to queries by email.
