Returns Policy - The Consumables Company

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase.   If something is not right, please email sales@theconsumablescompany.com to let us know and we will discuss with you, the best way to resolve the problem.

If we made a mistake, then want to put it right quickly for you.

If you didn’t get it right, then please email us within 14 calendar days and we will agree the best way for you to return the goods, in this case, return postage will be at your cost.

When goods are returned to us, we recommend that you obtain proof of posting so that you can claim from the Royal Mail or courier company (subject to their terms and conditions) should the package not arrive back with us. The Consumables Company will not be held liable for the cost or return, unless goods are faulty or we made a mistake.

Unless otherwise requested, parcels must be returned to:
The Consumables Company (Returns Dept), Unit 11, Lyttleton Road, Pershore, Worcestershire  WR10 2DF

When a refund is appropriate, it will be processed within 14 days of the goods being returned in saleable condition.
