Welcome and thanks for visiting our new look website where we hope it will be even easier to find what you are looking for. We’ve introduced sub categories and a different approach to our menus – how the menus appear will depend on what device you are using to visit us.

In this area of our website, we’ll announce new website product lines (as well as presenting recent additions towards the bottom of the home page) and share some interesting, novel and sometimes surprising uses that customers have for our products – despite many being known as scientific laboratory consumables, often the products never see a laboratory!  We’ve heard of containers being used for storing spider eggs, tubes for edible food glitter and petri dishes to present wedding favours … … please visit again to see what customer experiences we’ve added.

Pete is responsible for sourcing new products too, so if you don’t see the product you need, it’s often worth getting in touch as he may be able to source the product for you or suggest an alternative.

So what makes TCC different? We aim to have happy customers. For most product lines, we hold a good amount of stock in our UK warehouse & aim to dispatch quickly. Whilst we welcome large orders, we also sell in smaller quantities – each product listing will show the product pack size.  By not having a bricks and mortar shop or even a warehouse counter, and not promoting our telephone number, we reduce our costs and offer fair prices – so customers benefit.  Instead of great service in person, we aim to provide a great mail order service and to respond to queries by email.
